Viewpoints to Downsize - Living Large In A Small House - Part 1 of 3

This session will review some of the aspects of a house that make it feel larger than it actually is. There will also be a review of some of the design features that allow these houses to be forever houses - so they are comfortable for the present and the future.

Lessons Learned
• Demonstrate how comfortable a small house can be and inspire people to live "smaller".
• Share some of the aspects of a small house that make it feel bigger than it is to improve the emotional well-being of occupants.
• Demonstrate some aspects of a house that can make it a forever house through sustainability and maintenance-free care.
• Show some of the aspects that make a house more energy-efficient and ultimately safer.
