Enjoy the video but have issues about putting Vapor open materials on sidewalls. Allow vapor in and it's going to condense I prefer Vapor close materials throughout the basement. Would like to hear your comment on that.

Corbett is wicked smart and also hilarious.  Great combo for a TV show!  He used to be my QAD!
