Bob, is this related more to homes or to larger buildings?

Homes primarily, but many of the principals apply to both residential and commercial buildings.

So glad to see this topic added.  Not only is this good for building owners, both residential and commercial, it's common sense.  Glad to see IAQ added to energy audits as well.  Have had first hand experience with my own home after an audit was done, after work was done with bad IAQ.  Kudos!

Hello Bob,

Please add me to the group.

Thanks!

Hello Bob,

Please add me to this group.

Thanks,

I think I am a member... but if not, please add me. Thanks!

Hope this is going well.  See you in Chicago next week?  Going to be talking about the EPA's IAP-X with Corbett Lunsford and HomeChem.

Bob, we run into this on a semi regular basis as we perform both IAQ testing and energy testing. The biggest issue we see are energy improvements in crawlspaces and attics that create indoor air quality problems and/or moldy spaces. As we run into any of these sites in the future I can post some of the issues to provide some insight into this problem.
