I read this line in a Forbes article … "Time and technology wait for no one, and customer loyalty seems to matter less every year. .." I agree and disagree with that statement. I do believe that technology does not wait – which is why we continuously improve and upgrade our systems. I can’t agree with the customer loyalty because I see it every day with repeat customers and the specialized service we provide for each student. When you have both – updated technology and fantastic customer service – you have the winning hand.

First, it’s important to make sure that your customer service team has the right skills for your managing customers’ needs.

Empathy, patience and consistency.
Adaptability.
Clear communication.
Work ethic.
Knowledge.
Answer your phone.
Don't make promises unless you will keep them.
Listen to your customers.
Deal with complaints.
Be helpful - even if there's no immediate profit in it.
