Ecological faucets: Hot water is available as quickly as using a DHW loop, but without wasting water or energy.

I am looking for partners, supports and funding.

I am also looking for reliable information regarding the energy wasted in the DHW loops. I only have one  reference: https://aceee.org/sites/default/files/pdf/conferences/hwf/2015/7C-K...
Does your experience confirm these numbers?
In summer, the walls are heated with the DHW loop while the room air is cooled with air conditioning. I'm also looking for reliable numbers about this energy waste.

I first developed a tap that allows access to hot water without any waste of water or energy: see http://www.wesavings.eu, you can even enter the shower before opening the tap. The remaining problem was the waiting time for hot water which that was higher than if we used a conventional DHW loop.

I have re-engineered my former solutions and now I am able to build faucets that give access to hot water in less than 3 seconds when the water heater is located 10 m away in a new building.
