About this product
This course will provide knowledge of building science as a basis for establishing a healthy, safe, durable and energy efficient home that is required achieve BPI Healthy Homes Evaluator Certification.
Healthy Home Evaluator Certification
Prerequisite:
Candidate must hold either the BPI Building Analyst, BPI Energy Auditor or BPI Quality Control Inspector credential before taking the BPI Healthy Home Evaluator exam. The Healthy Home Evaluator assesses and characterizes home based environmental health and safety hazards by integrating qualitative observations with quantitative diagnostics to determine and prioritize recommendations that address existing and potential hazards.
This course utilizes the “clicker response” system allowing the student experience real time comprehension of the material provided.
The Healthy Home Evaluator communicates the identified risks and hazards to the occupant with the goal of improving health and quality of life.

8 Principles of a Healthy Home
Data Collection
Analysis and interpretation
Recommendations and scope of work
Communication and client education
Personal safety, Insurance and Liability
Course Fees
$500 – Includes Training manual, reference materials and H4H Swag.
EXAM IS NOT INCLUDED IN TRAINING PRICE!
Course Schedule
2 Day Course – Day 1 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Day 2 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Exam @ 2:30 pm
Exam Preparation
Candidates must take only an online exam to get Healthy Home Evaluator (HHE) certified.
Online exam: 50 multiple-choice questions (online exam only)
