What we do is use a 100 ft hose that is attached to the manometer - end in the CAZ - so we can SEE what's happening in the CAZ all the time.

Good tip- though it can be impractical to always check what each door does, it would be a great learning experience.  You can be sure of reaching worst case more simply by starting at the furthest point from the CAZ, so you're always measuring the zonal pressure in the room WRT the CAZ (where you're standing, due to all the open doors behind you).

Nice work.  Suggestion:  What we REALLY want to know is what the air handler and door positions are doing to the CAZ.  So, what we do is monitor the pressure in the CAZ when operating fans and the air handler and door positions.  A person really doesn't know the maximum CAZ depressurization unless one is monitoring what is happening in the CAZ during the fan operation and door closures.
