The Business Sessions at the National Conference Will Help You Become a Leader in the EE Industry!

The National Home Performance Conference is where home performance and weatherization professionals gather to gain skills and tools to improve their current job performance- and to take their careers to the next level. The Business tracks at this year’s conference will explore strategies to grow and diversify your home performance contracting business- and to become a leader in the industry.

The conference kicks off with an inspiring keynote by Edward McFarlane, Vice President of Learning & Development at Haller Enterprises.  Edward will share his vision of successful leadership to help you be an efficient leader and effect change in your organization.

In the Business Toolbox track, you’ll have opportunities to explore the topic of leadership and hear from fellow contractors and experts on ideas that you can implement in your company.  Presenters will discuss the importance of sales and marketing and ways to improve your company’s online presence, user experiences, and customer service. You’ll learn not only how to have satisfied customers, but employees too. We will also focus on improving internal operations with improved quality, by reducing errors and waste, and employee motivation and engagement.

The Diversifying your Business & Expanding Opportunities track will help you consider ways to adapt or expand your business as the market and consumers change.  Sessions will explore adding business lines, as well as consumer attitudes and perceptions of home performance to help you better understand and engage with your customer. You’ll also gain ways to connect with fellow contractors to share best practices.  Learn how diversifying your business model- and your company culture- can strengthen your organization.

Presenters in these tracks bring a wealth of knowledge, research, and field experience. Hear from contractors just like yourself from across the country who have found success- and will share their honest experiences with you.  Learn from some of the best in the industry to give your career a boost and take your home performance comprehension to the next level! Read about the conference here and make sure you register here to attend.
