So when it comes to air sealing, what is the single biggest challenge or frustration that you are running into right now. Many contractors would like for their air sealing task to be quicker. Others would like to see a simpler, more integrated tool.  One contractor said that getting into and out of a hot attic was very important to them.  So during the Spray Pod Mini launch at the Energy Efficiency Makeover 2016, we received a information and feedback as we worked not just with home performance contractors, but also with the Arkansas Electrical Cooperative Corporation and their members. Clearly air sealing touches so many stakeholders when it comes to performing energy efficiency retrofits.

The patent pending Spray Pod Mini is a very affordable and effective way of applying an air sealant through a 24oz can. The Spray Pod Mini can provide spray applications for the weatherization professional or any contractor that needs to apply a low pressure SPF in hard to reach areas that are difficult or even prohibitive with a regular two component kit. The spray gun on the Mini allows the use of 24oz can spray foam and because it has an adjustable nozzle pattern the operator can go from a bead pattern to a fan pattern in a matter of seconds. This allows the operator to use the Spray Pod Mini to air seal those areas around a residential house such as the air duct boots, attics, crawl spaces and rim joists. This portable air sealant machine is completely integrated system so you will have everything you need to make your job successful to fix those air leaks.
