You are correct John and the change is made, I just can't post it until I finish my winter stack effect addition.  I knew I should have made my changes on a copy rather than the master page.

I appreciate all of the support.  One of the ironies of these discussions is I know both Martin and Allison know perfectly well what I'm talking about, it is too simple for even them to miss (dig, dig).  But I suspect they have decided they need to shoot down any thought that all of their writings in the past might have been poorly worded.  I will try patronizing Allison to see if he concedes any ground or whether he invokes another hand full of irreverent laws to confuse the issue beyond anyone's interest.

The exposure has been perfect though and because the argument is so basic I believe the cat is out of the bag and when people write (or teach) about this in the future, they will be sure to include a bit of my description.

Thanks

Bud
