I currently work for Economic Opportunity Studies, Inc. in Washington, D.C.

Here's our mission statement:

"Our mission is to provide support for Community Action Agencies, community-based organizations, and the private and/or government organizations that are their partners in expanding economic opportunity for all. EOS supports their initiatives that change communities and improve the well-being of low- and moderate-income families and individuals; we offer research and analysis that helps them identify, develop and manage new opportunities to mobilize and focus resources.

We also support our partners’ strategies to measure and build upon the results of their work."

Prior to working for EOS I spent several years in a state energy office working in multiple energy sectors/markets and types of programs/grants.

I delivered home energy retrofits once upon a time as a contractor.  I got my start in residential energy efficiency via a utility program in the Pacific Northwest.  I worked as a program manager responsible for a number of Bonneville Power Administration prograrms.
