Tumblr uses a similar "follow" approach to twitter. You can also "reblog" entries instead of "retweet" Tumblr is like twitter without the 140 character limit. We are at http://forwardenergysolutions.tumblr.com/

I also use various forums, do forums count as social media?

Facebook - nyet
Twitter - si
Blogs & contractor forums are great for not only getting information out on what you do, but helping others learn about best practices and things to avoid

In addition to twitter and facebook we are also using Tumblr. We have issued several 'social media only discounts' such as mentioned you heard about us on Twitter or Facebook. Another social media to check out, not sure if you have used Tumblr, it is almost a combination between Twitter and a blog. Very neat.
