Exciting news indeed!

Mr. Pepermans is well known for his success, starting and leading Vantage EMEA, founded more than 25 years ago. Vantage is a leading manufacturer of automated control and dimming systems for residential and commercial applications. Mr. Pepermans initiated the penetration and developed company’s distribution in Europe. His activity led Vantage to become a strategic asset in the Home Automation sector in Europe, that later accelerated an acquisition by Legrand – a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures.

During an official agreement announcement, Mr. Igor Mitbarg – CoolAutomation CEO said: “We are proud and excited to welcome Mr. Pepermans. His experience, ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit will be of great value to our customers and our team. I personally believe that this cooperation will bring success to all involved parties and the industry in general!”

Mr. Koen Pepermans responded: “I have a strong belief in CoolAutomation’s ideas and products. I am delighted to invest my knowledge and experience into this unique team whereas I believe that fascinating times are ahead of us. An increasing demand for Smart and Connected devices in our homes, extending to HVAC systems, stresses the importance of CoolAutomation solutions.
