We are located in San Jose, serving Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Alameda Counties.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A HERS/BPI Inspector performs Field Verification and Diagnostic Test(s). The position is responsible for performing Duct Testing, Blower Door Testing, Airflow Testing, Field Inspections for homes, and the specific documentation in the office. We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. You are customer service oriented, seek to advance your career in the green industry and enjoy working independently out on the field.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Clean DMV record, must pass a background check and be approved for in-home service

HERS Rater certification or/and BPI Certification (Required)

HVAC knowledge (preferred)

General field work, inspection experience and knowledge of construction (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good verbal communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated and reliable

Be responsive to calls/texts on a mobile phone

Must be computer and basic office skill literate

Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.

Must be physically agile and able to inspect in attics or tight spaces.
