Drain to take the water out of the duct system?  New toilet drain through the plenum?  Rain leader from front to rear of house?  Turbulated air accessory?  :^)

Yes!  He sealed the connected connection with Furnace Tape and not 'Duct Tape'!  Very seldom do we see this!
