Interested potentially in a couple of pieces here, CO analyzer and possibly Flir camera. How hard is it to replace O2 detector and do you know where I would purchase that? Thanks.

It is easy to replace and the cost of the new part ranges from $144 to $160.

The best scenario would be to have a colleague somewhere nearby so you could test your instrument against his. I think it’s a routine maintenance job, but always nice to know that you’ve done it right. All my weatherization buddies went their separate ways when the funding ended here in 2012. I’m sure some of them are still around, but I’ve chosen not to replace the sensor until the sale of the instrument so it’s brand-new when you get started. That’s why my price is $350 for the analyzer.
For your convenience, I’m attaching two files: a long PDF file that is the owner’s manual for the instrument, and a clip of the page you care most about, page 53 with a picture of the replacement procedure.
