Energy Savings Guarantee for single family dwellings in cold climate??

Hi there,

In previous years some orgs provided an Energy Savings Guarantee (ESG) for retrofits to single family dwellings (not MURBs) in the northeast states -- areas with cold climate. However I do not see those companies online today.

Is anyone aware of firms providing ESGs for deep retrofits to single family dwellings? in areas subject to cold climate?

Thanks!

Try EnergyWise Structures (www.energywisestructures.com) They are a NASA spin-off company that has been "guaranteeing" projects for over 35 years.

Hi Sonja

We provide home energy optimization services and provide a 5-year heating and cooling guarantee on our new home projects that we're involved with (primarily Wisconsin). We haven't dove into retros/weatherization at this point as it'd take a bit of an overhaul of our software back end, but if the new home side becomes useful for you, please check us out! www.eFreeAdvisors.com or on Facebook.
