We are seeing increased requirements for HERS Whole House Analysis in California.  Frequently, the analyses are required as part of a funding programs. Although the contract is between the homeowner and the HERS analyst, the motivation may be to comply with a requirement of a funding or enforcement entity.  How should the agreement reflect this?  Should specific items to be considered be included? Do HERS, BPI and BIG have any standardized agreements or contracts?  Do you, as an auditor/analyst use contracts with your customers?  If so, how are they worded?

Brian,

Can you please illuminate the details of the HERSII integration/ requirements of each of the programs specifically.

 Thanks
