Arizona is starting an Efficiency First Chapter to have a unified voice for the local home performance market. I'd like to see what other HEP members have done in their local chapters as initiatives, collaborations and projects. I'm excited about forming technical case studies more than being a political voice, although it is important too. Any comments?
