The Weatherization Assistance Program's (WAP) comprehensive Quality Work Plan requires that quality control assessments be signed off by a QCI professional as of January 1, 2015.  Looking through BPI's listings of HEP professionals indicates . . . well the list is out of date, but also that there aren't a lot of you out there.  Does that mean that there isn't a demand for that credential or does it mean something else? This is not a casual credential to achieve, and I have great respect for the people who have gone through the time and effort.  I am in the process of generating some support materials and I wonder if that is a useful exercise.
