BPI Launches Home Rating Program Using DOE's Home Energy Score

BPI is excited to announce the launch of its Rating Program. Participants in the BPI Rating Program will provide customers with an affordable, easy to understand rating of their home that can be combined with a comprehensive home energy audit.

If there is a comprehensive energy audit, the HES will very likely be proven as just a guess based upon the averages.  And I seriously doubt it will be marketed for what it is.  But the taxpayers have already paid out millions and there needs to be a "success" to tout.
