Knowledge is EmPOWERing is back for another great event! 

This 5 person speaker panel will conduct a 3 hour CE Class for REALTORS®  (3 hours Disclosure), Appraisers (3 hours), and BPI Contractors (1.5 CEU's)  and will be held at Vali Homes NetZero Air BnB on 12/8/17. 

Limited seating of 40 and all will be registered for a free overnight stay at the NetZero AirBnB! 

Speakers include:  Adrian Bell, Vali Homes; Sean McGraw, FOR Energy; Matthew Thorne, Prime Lending; Robert Oglesby, AppraisalTek; and Jan Green, HomeSmart Elite Group.

Networking and Happy Hour 4 - 6

The focus is a collaborative approach to educating attendees on the value of energy efficient features, best ROI for energy efficient features, gaining value on an appraisal for these features, best practices for every field, providing value to clients, keeping and earning new business with value added service.
