Event Description

RaterFest! is an incredible two and a half day conference nestled amongst the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains...

Our goal is to create a low-key, intimate, interactive learning environment that provides attendees with an opportunity to grow, network, receive continuing education units (CEUs), adventure, and enjoy the Rocky Mountain air.

We are convinced you will not find a better valued, more enjoyable conference.

Our one-track schedule offers some of the best speakers in the industry.  Past presenters include Abe Kruger, Ari Rapport, Bill Spohn, Rob Moody, Sam Rashkin, Stephen Davis and many more.  We are committed to bringing in engaging presenters with information on the industry’s trending topics.  This year will have a special focus on multi-family.

After each day of sessions, we’ll tap into fresh kegs of Colorado’s legendary microbrews and have campfires in Covenant Height’s beautiful pavilion as well as in the more remote campfire rings.  And of course, we’ll have our celebrated “Rater Jam,” where attendees can enjoy fantastic live music. If you’re musically inclined, please bring an instrument and join in. If not, please be prepared to enjoy some incredible acoustic music provided by talented colleagues from around the country. We guarantee a fun and informative weekend with like-minded people who are dedicated to the sustainably built environment.
