Event Description

Plan to attend our first Certified Multi-Family tour since 2010!  We're showcasing 2 certified complexes One is a 69 unit LEED Gold Active Adult, Tax Credit community in North Phoenix. Speakers will be Kirsten Shaw, Advanced Energy; and David Crummey, NewTown communities.  David will be announcing upcoming construction of a LEED Neighborhood Development in Tempe.  

Second stop is SoHo Scottsdale, certified by the Scottsdale Green Building Program with solar panels - latest IGCC code development.  This is a work/live community in North Scottdsdale.  Speaking at SoHo is Anthony Floyd, City of Scottsdale Green Building Program Manager; and Irene Clary, Principal, Soho.  

Transportation is by carpool. Admission is $15 for non-members of USGBC, $10 for members, and includes breakfast and lunch.
