Event Description

NREL’s OpenStudio(OS) platform for EnergyPlus is changing the way building professionals approach energy modeling – and cost-effective energy modeling is now possible…are you prepared for the shift?

Join PSD on January 16th, 2013 @ 1:00pm for a FREE 1.5 hour-long webinar that will introduce you to the OpenStudio Energy Modeling ecosystem.  In the webinar, we'll demonstrate how to develop complex energy models and effective modeling workflows, apply crowd-sourced model components and improvements, and analyze models to rapidly identify design and improvement opportunities, and more..

As a licensed OpenStudio training and support organization, PSD is offering this webinar to raise awareness of the potential power of OpenStudio. The webinar will be led by Chris Balbach, PSD’s Vice President of Research and Development. As an active member of the energy modeling community for over 10 years, and Chair of the AEE BESA Certification and lead instructor, Chris has led training courses on energy modeling to hundreds of engineers.
